At Royal Pashminas, we are committed to ensuring complete satisfaction with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a hassle-free 7-day refund policy to give you peace of mind when shopping with us.

 

OUR GUARANTEE:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can request for a return from your account. You can see an option for returning the products you have purchased on your orders page. We  don't offer any return pickups. Once you have submitted the return request and your request has been approved, our customer support team will contact you and guide you through the return process, which may include instructions for returning the product.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURN/REFUND:

  • To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 6 hours of delivery. In addition to notifying us, please provide a video evidence showing the condition of the item upon delivery to support your claim. This evidence should clearly demonstrate the issue with the item and be submitted along with your return request. Failure to provide timely notice and the required video evidence may affect your eligibility for a return and refund.
  • Upon receiving your returned items, we will conduct quality checks to ensure they meet our terms and conditions. Refunds will be processed only after the items pass these checks.
  • If the return is not a result of any error from our side, the original shipping charges and duties (if any) will not be refunded.
  • The product must be returned to us within 7 days from the date it was received by the customer.
  • The product must NOT be damaged.
  • Feel free to try the product but it must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
  • The product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.
  • Damaged or soiled products will NOT be accepted.
  • Products made to order are NOT eligible for return.
  • Royal Pashminas will not be not responsible for any damage caused in the return transit of the product.

To return an item, simply login to your account, view the order under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received the returned item(s) and completed our quality checks. After verifying the condition of the item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after the return is processed.
